The peer review process

The peer review process for a conference paper involves evaluation by at least two independent experts in the field to ensure quality and relevance. Once submitted, the paper is assigned to reviewers who assess its originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the conference theme. Each reviewer provides comments, suggestions, and a recommendation—accept, revise, or reject. Their feedback helps authors improve the manuscript. The program committee considers both reviews to make a balanced decision. This process maintains academic integrity, encourages constructive criticism, and ensures only high-quality research is presented at the conference.
