If the form or app is not opening in your browser,

the issue is usually caused by multiple Google accounts being logged in at the same time.

Please follow the steps below:

Log out from all Google accounts.
(Click your profile photo in the top right → Sign out of all accounts.)

Login again with only one Google account (Use the account you want to access the form with).

After logging in, open the registration link again.

This fixes the issue because link sometimes selects the wrong account when more than one is logged in.

For Smooth access use in Incognito mode. If the problem continues, try clearing your browser cache or opening the link in a new Chrome profile.
